Anonymous asked: If I'm not mistaken the reason some series are relaunched years after they ended is to prevent other companies from making series of the same name, similar to what happened when the Fawcett Captain Marvel was out of print for so long that by the time he came back Marvel already made another Captain Marvel. Is that why you relaunch series like New Warriors and what not?
Not really, no. At a certain point that might become a concern with a property, if the characters haven’t been featured in a very long time. But the Marvel characters tend to show up fairly regularly, so it’s not as much a concern.
