Creator-owned books are creator-owned, as so if their creators see a reason to move them, if they get a better deal or think conditions will be better for those titles somewhere else, then that’s entirely their right to do. And the opposite is true as well. Both POWERS and CASANOVA started at other companies before coming to ICON—so CASANOVA moving on to another outfit is not something new. Sure, I’d rather have them here, but those creators need to do what they think is best for their properties.
