There are times when anonymous questions are warranted. I don’t want somebody who has a legitimate question and a legitimate reason for not wanting to give a name to be left out because a bunch of chowderheads used their anonymity to behave like jerks.

I wear big-boy pants. I’m perfectly capable of deleting or ignoring any question I choose. So it’s no great impediment to me. And I tell you that stuff about prioritizing the questions that come from accounts with names so that you understand the rules and the hierarchy. But in the final analysis, what I want to answer trumps everything.
