Why hasn't Marvel done some event or had some moment where Kang or some other time entity messes up the time stream? You could explain every little inconsistency with one or two lines of dialog.
We haven’t needed to do this, because the methodology that we use works fine for the majority of readers. The problem with doing something like that is that you’d wind up having to do it again twenty years down the line, and again, and again, and again. It’s not actually solving the problem.
