Not really. Izzy was promoted to Superguardian status during the war with the Builders, but we didn’t see exactly what happened after that. Her duties on Earth and with the Avengers would have kept her from being on call to the Shi’ar state to the same extent as the other core Imperial Guardsmen—so I expect that she’s on detached duty to Earth and the Avengers, and another Smasher was promoted up from Subguardian status to occupy the slot on the active Imperial Guard rota.
