You never admit that you need to change your attitude, and actually believe you are respectful, despite everybody else seeing your arrogance and condescending attitudes toward those who think you are doing a terrible job.

I don’t have any problem with somebody thinking that we’re doing a terrible job. The problem here seems to be that you want me to agree with those opinions—and, I’m sorry, but that’s pretty unlikely, wouldn’t you say?
