In the Handbook, virtually everybody’s eyes are blue. That’s because virtually everybody was colored with blue eyes back in the 60s, due to the limitations of the printing and color palate.
Wanda’s eyes have been green going back to at least Heroes Return—so for a good 15 years or so.
